Live Theatre is a national leader in developing new strategies for increasing income and making the most of assets. In 2006, when developing the new theatre complex and looking to increase future income, Live Theatre recognised the need to generate more funds and also started a number of projects that would develop a social, cultural and commercial return, to build resilience for the theatre.
