A Play in a Week. Ages 7-10
Become a Live Maker and create your own original show from scratch in just five days! Led by creative drama practitioners, Live Makers will take part in theatre games and explore drama and devising techniques as they work together to bring their ideas to life, which will be performed at the end of the week at an informal sharing to parents and carers in our studio space.
A Play in a Week. Ages 11-15
Become a Live Creator and create your own original show from scratch in just five days! Led by creative drama practitioners, Live Creators will explore storytelling through devising, improvisation, theatre games, and a variety of drama techniques. Over the week participants will experiment, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life, ending in an informal sharing of their finished show for parents and carers in our studio space.
Mon 27 July - Fri 31 July, 9:30am - 3:30pm
Story Makers. Ages 7-10
Step into the world of stories and bring your imagination to life! Over five fun filled days, participants will create their very own illustrated story to take home, while enjoying drama games and hands on crafts. A perfect mix of storytelling, creativity, and play for our Live Makers.
Story Writers. Ages 11-15
Dive into the world of storytelling and develop your own original story over five immersive days. Through creative writing, drama exercises, and collaborative activities, participants will explore character, plot, and narrative, leaving the five days with a finished story of their own. A creative, hands on experience for Live Creators to bring their ideas to life.

Live Theatre is able to offer a limited number of bursary places. These are available to families with a low household income who require financial support. If you feel you may be eligible for financial assistance, please email CYPP@live.org.uk to request a bursary application.
