Food is at the heart (and belly) of every culture. But why are some young people in the city starving during school holidays?
Members of Live Youth Theatre have made a 10 minute performance to raise awareness and shout about it. Fed Up is a moving piece of theatre exploring the relationship between austerity and hunger.
Fed Up is presented at city centre locations, in partnership with The Newcastle West End Foodbank, The NUFC Supporters' Foodbank, Northern Cultural Projects and Newcastle University Oral History Unit, and supported by Newcastle University.
