Donation standing order form

If you would like to become a Friend, Good Friend or Best Friend of Live Theatre with a monthly donation to Live Theatre, you can download and print the Standing Order form below. You can mail it back to us by Freepost: RLYG-H2HR-KTBC or you can drop off your form at our Box Office.

If you are setting up a standing order via your online banking, please include a reference which includes your surname and ‘Friends’. If you are new to our Friends Scheme, please drop us an email and we’ll be in touch about Membership Benefits and Upcoming Events.
