Live Theatre is Curious

New work shown includes pieces developed through the Curious Queer Creative Challenge, an initiative to develop LGBTQ work by Young People from across the North East.

The Queer Creative Challenge sees young people working with cultural sector and charitable organisations across the North East come together to create art that explores being young and curious. The young people - working with Live Theatre, New Writing North, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Humankind and other organisations - will perform original work created especially for the event which will be showcased alongside screenings and presentations from the regions’ promising young creatives.

Baltic will be customising bags and t-shirts with slogans in the Undercroft before the show and in the interval
