GHOSTS OF METROLAND
Written by REECE CONNOLLY
Directed by JAMIE EASTLAKE
Performed by REECE CONNOLLY & BECKY CLAYBURN
Voiceover by TIM HEALY

Metrolandia has fallen. In the ruins of the once great kingdom, two teenagers are just trying to survive till the end of their shift.

The management have gone feral, the candy's running out, and the coaster's turned bad. Very bad.

Hold on tight. And please keep your heads inside the theme-park at all times.

A weird and wacky adventure based on an [un]true story, set in the greatest place on earth - METROLAND.

REVIEW
'Deftly directed by Laurels Theatre’s Jamie Eastlake, the script, performances, laughs and action could all be filed under the heading ‘non-stop’ – and I mean that in the best of ways.

Both Clayburn and Connolly inhabit their characters in a such a way to make them immediately lovable and they have a terrific teenage chemistry which makes the back-and-forth dialogue pop.

And talking of pop, the consistently cheese-flavoured soundtrack – which makes sure we never forget where we are on the history timeline – was another in a long line of delights from this show.'
