Catch an exclusive preview of John Hegley's new show before it heads to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2023.

For a second year John Hegley premières his Edinburgh Fringe show at Live Theatre. There will be many animals appearing in poems, songs and  drawings - including cardboard crabs with moving eyeballs, there is an alphabet of things the ancient Romans might have had - including dodos in their zoos, and there is new light shed on family members - including a love poem by the thought-to-be-loveless brother-in-law. Suitable for all aged eight-plus. Even more suitable for all aged eight-plus wearing spectacles and enamoured with dogs, spuds and a warmly inter-active co-existence.
