Live Theatre offers a series of unique spaces perfectly suited for conferences or corporate events, with refreshments and catering available.

Theatre
A large, flexible space suitable for presentations, parties and product launches in theatre or cabaret style. Seats up to 160 people.

Live Theatre's Bar
A light, contemporary environment suitable for a reception or drinks before or after an event.

Undercroft
A stylish room with a distinctive character and steeped in medieval history suitable for smaller events and gatherings in an informal seating layout.

Situated on the ground floor, the Main Theatre, Atrium Bar, Undercroft, toilets and lift to floors 1-3 are all fully accessible while the stairs, situated in a glass tower, offer dramatic rooftop views of the iconic Tyne Bridge and the Quayside.

Studio
A large, flexible space suitable for presentations, small gigs, informal events and formal dinners in theatre, cabaret or boardroom style. Seats up to 60 people.

Rehearsal Room
A large room suitable for practical training sessions and workshops in theatre, cabaret or boardroom style. Capacity for up to 40 people.

Writers' (Gillian Dickinson) Room
An ideal space suitable for small scale presentations, meetings, breakout sessions and intimate dining in boardroom style. Seats up to 12 people.

The Studio Theatre, Rehearsal Room and Writers’ Room are situated on the third floor which has its own foyer and fully accessible toilets rising into the rafters of a 19th Century warehouse.

Writers' (Squires Foundation) Room
An unusual space featuring the original Georgian hoist utilised when the building served as a bustling warehouse. Suitable for small scale meetings, presentations, breakout sessions, refreshments and catering in theatre or boardroom style. Seats up to 10 people.

Situated at the top of the building and accessed via a set of private stairs.
