At the end of all sessions, you will be posted out full colour illustrated copies of your completed winter tale - one for each pupil to take home as a gift and one for the classroom.

Q: What are the benefits of taking part?
A: Winter Tales will help your pupils build confidence with creative writing in class (not worrying about spelling, punctuation or grammar - only creative ideas) whilst having lots of fun!  It will also help to support literacy, socialisation and communication in class.

Q: What is the content of each session?
A:
Thurs 12 Nov
Introduction to the Live Tales ethos plus learn warm up and creative writing games that will allow you to build confidence in exploring creative writing with your class in a fun, playful way.
Thurs 19 Nov

Thurs 4 Dec
Learn how to add the final polish to your class story and how to bring it to life through different ways of communicating such as acting, reading or drawing.

Q: Can more than one teacher per school take part?
A: As we only have 15 places we are limiting places to one teacher per school.

Q: What happens if I miss a session?
A: Attending all sessions is ideal however if you are not able to attend a session we can make the Zoom recording available to you.

Q: What if there is Covid disruption?
A: We appreciate that circumstances are changing continuously and that we must be flexible.  We are able to record Zoom sessions and provide written resources used in each session if required.

Q: Can I still attend if I've been to a Live Tales session in the past?
A: Yes.  Winter Tales is a different offer designed to give teachers the tools and excitement to bring creativity to class - with all the same fun as a Live Tales session.

Q: When will you send the completed Winter Tales
A: We will post these out w/c 14 December 2020.
