WINTRY TALES

Scripted by RORY MULLARKEY
Starring ALICE FAITH and BRIDGET MARUMO
Directed by BECKY MORRIS
Designer AILEEN KELLY

A dazzling and delightful new show for kids this Christmas combining the words of a playwright with the wild minds of children!

Lonely polar bears, snowy supermarkets, revolutionary elves and snowball-firing robots all come together in this magical hour of winter storytelling, written by award-winning playwright Rory Mullarkey, from ideas by local school children. Wild and inventive, heart-warming and hilarious, Wintry Tales is a glorious wintry treat for children and families.

Wintry Tales was conceived by way of workshops with classes of 7-11-year-olds from Saint Paul’s C of E Primary School, Newcastle, Caedmon Primary School, Gateshead, and Saint Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Sunderland, along with a small group of home-schooled pupils from the Newcastle area

Wintry Tales is generously supported by The Gillian Dickinson Trust.
