It’s a warm summer’s day in the local graveyard. Hassan and Jake are skipping school and shooting the breeze, while Sheila and Joanne are tracing a shared history among the headstones. The trees are in leaf and the wild flowers bloom, while in the distance a light aircraft draws ever closer through the clouds. Unknown to all of them, terror is lurking in the sky.

A new show about society, friendship and the things we hold dear about the places where we live. Told through storytelling, Terror From The Skies is thoughtful, intriguing and filled with warmth and humour, asking important questions about how much those in power know, or care, about our communities.

Combining live storytelling, projected illustrations and intricate miniatures, this show has been created in response to research and conversation with people of all ages from across the North of England.
