Recovery College Collective at Live Theatre - Sat 12 Oct 2019, 2.30pm-5.30pm, FREE, drop-In

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, Live Theatre partners with Recovery College Collective (Re-Co-Co), which is a peer led, peer delivered education and support service based in Newcastle city centre. 

2.30pm - 4.30pm:  Re-Co-Co representatives will be on hand in the theatre bar (whilst the matinee of Clear White Light is on in the theatre) to provide advice and direction on services offered by Re-Co-Co and other local mental health service providers.  

4.30pm - 5.30pm: There will be two taster sessions of therapeutic services that are offered by Re-Co-Co, delivered by Re-Co-Co facilitators.  A Creative Wellbeing Arts & Crafts Taster Session will take place in the Studio and a Mindfulness Taster Session will take place in the Rehearsal Room. The sessions are offered FREE to anyone who would like to try them or who thinks they might benefit from them, no experience is necessary.  Sign up on the day with the Re-Co-Co representatives in the bar area.
