Live Tales story writing workshops @ Live Theatre, Newcastle

Entering the world of Live Tales allows teachers and children to explore creative writing from a new perspective. Through a mixture of drama and writing activities, your class will collaborate to create a completely original story. Each child continues the story individually and receives an illustrated storybook to complete at school.

Reluctant young writers and budding bards are inspired to go on a journey into their imaginations, exploring original thinking and discovering their voice as they write their own stories.

A free resource pack, sent to teachers in advance, offers ideas for activities before and after a visit to Live Tales.

Live Tales sessions take place in Live Theatre's creative writing centre located behind the theatre just off Newcastle's Quayside.
