Live Tales 2021 - FREE Workshops for Key Stage 2 Classes In Person or Online

Live Tales is back, in-person, at Live Theatre from September 2021!

We are pleased to offer our original Live Tales Story Writing Workshop for schools who want to visit us on the Quayside whilst also continuing to offer Live Tales Play Makers online for Key Stage 2 classes.

And all for FREE!

Live Tales Story Writing Workshop (2hrs) gives your pupils the chance to create an original story with brand new characters that are illustrated live as the children create them. Every child leaves with their illustrated story to inspire them to carry on writing at school or at home.

Live Tales Play Makers (1.5hrs) introduces the class to story and script writing in a playful online workshop, using games to look at characters, storytelling and dialogue.

Both workshops are ideal for classes and teachers looking for a new creative experience and can help your class through:

· Working as a team to tell stories.

· Building resilience and self-confidence by sharing creative ideas.

· Developing English speaking and listening.

We are offering four slots a week starting from Tuesday 7 September 2021 until the end of term, at the following times:

Live Tales Play Makers (online) Tuesdays 10am – 11.30am

Live Tales Play Makers (online) Wednesdays 1pm – 2.30pm

Live Tales Story Writing Thursdays 10am – 12pm

Live Tales Story Writing Fridays 10am – 12pm

Book your FREE 2021 workshop by emailing livetales@live.org.uk via the button below:

Workshops will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

“It was lovely to be able to give them the freedom to come up with anything they liked in their stories - I will definitely be stealing some of those ideas!”
