Getting Back To Live

With the rollout of the next phase of lockdown easing in England from 17 May, we wanted to share our plans with our audiences, supporters, community and creative partners.

We really can’t wait to get back to the thrill and excitement of presenting and sharing new stories and plays live on stage, but before we do over the next few months we will be undertaking a significant programme of capital works.  This will see improvements made to the theatre's heating and ventilation system, access and visibility.  This will ensure that when we do re-open, you can expect to enjoy a much more comfortable experience and atmosphere.

We’re currently finalising our plans to re-open to audiences with our first production due to be staged early September. We’ll share with you details of the Autumn/Winter season as soon as we can. We’re also currently transferring to a new ticketing system which will provide for a simpler purchasing journey when the new season goes on sale in late June.

We’re really looking forward to seeing our building bustling with activity once more.

Thanks once again to all of our supporters, funders and individual donors whose generosity has enabled us to open our doors again – we couldn’t have done it without you.

Watch this space for details of the new season coming soon.  If you haven't already, please sign up to our enewsletter at www.live.org.uk/mailinglist so you don't miss any updates or keep a check on our social media channels.
